In the Test Kitchen today, the remaining four chefs have just four hours to create a unified three-course meal. The twist? They must use one budget-friendly cut of meat. Guest judge Richard Blais joins Dan Souza, Jack Bishop, and Elle Simone Scott to evaluate the dishes and determine which three cooks will advance to the finale, while one contestant will have to bid farewell to the Test Kitchen for good.
