The Women’s Historical Society plans to host a grand event to celebrate the final living relative of Revolutionary War figure Nathan Tibbs, believed to have roots in Mayberry. However, their enthusiasm quickly fades into dismay upon learning that the individual they are set to honor is none other than Otis Campbell, the town's notorious alcoholic.
