Rafe Hollister arrives at the Ladies League Musicale auditions and surprises the crowd with his stunning vocals. However, Mayor Stoner and Mrs. Jeffries are horrified by his disheveled look. Determined to help, Andy and Barney take it upon themselves to give Rafe a complete transformation, despite his reluctance to change his style.
