Andy and Barney are on a mission to catch a thief who's been targeting Ben Weaver’s store. In a quirky attempt to catch the culprit, Barney decides to disguise himself as a mannequin. However, he mistakenly accuses a sweet elderly lady, earning laughter from the townsfolk for yet another of his mishaps.
