Helen and Thelma Lou are taken aback when they spot Andy and Barney bringing home a pair of "party pals" from Mount Pilot just before the big dance. While the boys were merely ensuring the "ladies" arrived home safely, it will require some smooth talking and impressive dancing at the event to convince Helen and Thelma Lou of their innocent intentions.
