Episode Overview

During a dinner at the Taylor home, the rugged Briscoe Darling (Denver Pyle) misinterprets Aunt Bee's warm hospitality as romantic interest. He promptly takes her to his cabin with the intention of marrying her, completely disregarding her feelings. However, as Aunt Bee attempts to refine his wild ways, Briscoe begins to question whether the charm of hospitality is truly as appealing as he believed.
