After infuriating a nearby entrepreneur, Barney receives a menacing warning that he'll be severely harmed if he steps out without his uniform. In response, Barney decides to don his uniform at all times. Seeing his friend’s predicament, Andy devises a clever plan to assist him by making more than just a minor adjustment to his appearance.
