Episode Overview

While Mr. Smitty is out, Rocko is given the role of acting manager at the Comic Book Store. However, the newfound authority quickly goes to his head, leading to a tyrannical reign. As Rocko's frustrations mount, he unleashes his irritation on his sole employee, the unlucky Filburt, who finds himself caught in the crossfire of Rocko's overbearing behavior.
