M.A.D. seizes control of Metro City’s banks by hacking into a satellite orbiting overhead. To further complicate matters, they unleash "Crazy Gas," a chemical that causes hallucinations in anyone exposed to it. With the city in chaos, can Inspector Gadget possibly find a way to reclaim control over the bank accounts?
