Doug dedicates his day to sketching his beloved cartoon superhero, Quailman. In his imaginative world, Quailman battles the sinister Dr. Klotzenstein, who has devised a devious "brain beam" to drain intelligence from the students at Bluffington School. Doug's creativity takes flight as he envisions Quailman rescuing his classmates from the clutches of this villainous scheme.
