As Beebe's costume party approaches, Skeeter faces the tough task of informing Doug that they won't be able to attend, as he thinks his family is relocating to another town. Doug is shocked at the thought of Skeeter moving away. However, in a surprising twist, Skeeter secretly decides to move in with Doug, determined to remain in Bluffington and stay close to his best friend.
