Doug is reluctant to participate in School Photo Swap Day after his self-esteem takes a hit. Skeeter's brother, Dale, teasingly refers to Doug as "big nose," which makes him overly conscious about his appearance. As a result, he decides against having his picture taken, worried about how he looks and what others might think.
