Percy Femur, Mr. Bone's nephew, spends a day at Bluffington School, and Roger is eager to assert his bully status. However, Percy surprises everyone with his size and strength, quickly proving to be a formidable opponent for Roger. As tensions escalate, Doug finds himself in the middle of a brawl, needing to intervene and separate the two before things get out of hand.
