Episode Overview

Set in the St. Gregory Hotel, a tense custody dispute unfolds over nine-year-old Lindsay, who has been discovered to be the missing daughter of Tom and Sally Banks. Currently, she is living with Will Pomeroy, a police officer, and his wife, Cheryl, who were unaware of her true identity until much later. Although the Banks have legal rights to Lindsay, she is reluctant to leave the Pomeroys, expressing her desire to keep both her “moms” and visit the Banks instead. Meanwhile, Dave and Megan face their first significant argument when Dave is swayed by con artist Wade Stafford to abandon law for a quick financial fix in real estate. After Megan temporarily moves in with Julie, she returns to find Wade has invited friends over to cheer up Dave. Additionally, Peter confronts his age after a basketball game, realizing he’s not as youthful as he once thought, but feels uplifted after winning a subsequent match.
