While vacationing in Barbados, a family of four is kidnapped, prompting the BAU to step in and collaborate with Unit Chief Jack Garrett and his International Unit on the case. Garrett, who leads the FBI's premier division for tackling crimes involving Americans overseas, teams up with Hotch and his crew upon realizing that this abduction mirrors a case the BAU handled the previous year in Florida.
