The substitute teacher from "A Helping Hand" returns, now taking over Susie's class. Lucy cautions Susie to stay on guard around him, but Susie is confused by her warning. When the teacher makes inappropriate contact with Susie, she, along with Lucy, L.D., and Wheels, decides to take action and reports him to the principal.
