Bloo is on a quest to locate the dining room, but Mr. Herriman insists that no one can eat until he shows up. As time passes, the other characters grow increasingly hungry, leading to a series of humorous attempts to guide Bloo to the right place. Will they manage to find Bloo before dinner is ruined, or will Mr. Herriman's strict rules lead to a culinary catastrophe?
