Samuel "Screech" Powers, a former student of Bayside High, comes back to his old school as Mr. Belding's administrative assistant. Meanwhile, a new student from Switzerland, Brian Keller, develops a crush on Rachel. When Rachel accidentally damages her mother's $700 jacket, her friends rally to help her find a way to replace it, inadvertently dragging Screech into their scheme.
