Episode Overview

Maria eagerly anticipates the arrival of her crush, actor Justin Wells, at the Rockin' Rice Japanese restaurant where she works in the mall. He hopes to enjoy his new film with a typical audience, and Maria promises to keep his visit a secret. He invites her to join him for the movie, and they share a delightful day together, with Justin even lending a hand at the restaurant. During the film, Justin kisses Maria. He intends to spend another day with her, but Ryan, eavesdropping on their chat, organizes a surprise appearance for Justin at the Splash Video store without his consent. When Justin learns of this, he believes Maria has let him down, but everything gets resolved.
