Episode Overview
In this episode, Syd (Melina Kanakaredes) faces the repercussions of her malpractice lawsuit at St. Clare's Clinic, where she's monitored by the inquisitive Dr. Mincus (guest star Larry Miller, "The Princess Diaries"). Meanwhile, Jim (Mike Farrell) resumes part-time work at the vet clinic under the vigilant eye of Sam (guest star Cress Williams, NBC's "ER"). Tina (Maria Pitillo) consults Syd about her chances of conception, leading to the possibility of surgery.
