Jake the giant Catfish and various other creatures are suffering due to the pollution caused by trash being dumped in the lake. Brother and Sister seek assistance from Professor Actual Factual to survey the widespread contamination. Together, they devise a plan to transform a sunken pirate ship into a tourist attraction, which would generate funds for cleanup efforts in the area.
