Donnie invents special equipment for his brothers to help them tackle their troublesome tendencies. Unfortunately, the gadgets turn out to be more of a hindrance than a help when they face off against a mutated chef known as Meat Sweats, who has sinister plans to turn the turtles into a meal to absorb their abilities.
