Splinter is struck by the rat flu, and the Turtles face its seven challenging phases, which include a fever, the chaotic "Wild Rat Man," the affectionate "Captain Cuddle Cakes," the formidable "Ninja Supreme," karaoke serenades, and fan fiction antics. The Turtles are determined that Splinter will reach the last phase, known as "Must Say Yes," so they can request anything their hearts desire.
