Episode Overview

Sue encounters a woman who claims to have witnessed a murder, but ambiguity arises as it’s unclear whether Beth truly saw or merely heard the crime. As Sue and Jack investigate, they discover that their witness is schizophrenic, leading to puzzling clues delivered through bizarre metaphors that complicate the case further. Meanwhile, the team faces the challenge of adapting to their new acting supervisor, Wayne, whose obsessive color-coding of cases drives them to distraction. To their dismay, they learn that Wayne has never successfully solved an FBI case before.
