Episode Overview

Title: When it Rains Plot: The detectives are baffled when they learn that Carmen has hijacked the Spruce Goose and wreaked havoc at the airport. Following a trail of clues, they track her down to Chile, where they discover she's actually a captive of Sara Bellum. To their shock, Sara traps the detectives too and unveils her elaborate plan. She intends to impersonate Carmen to execute a major heist, and if she succeeds, she will expose her identity and hand Carmen over to the authorities.
