Episode Overview

Carmen sets her sights on stealing military strategy items but is repeatedly thwarted by "The Tigress," a high-tech thief with advanced gadgets. Meanwhile, Zack and Ivy rush to inform Chief about an important matter, but he ignores them until Carmen starts eavesdropping on their communication, preventing them from sharing their secret. From that moment on, every time Carmen attempts a heist, The Tigress snatches the items first. Eventually, The Tigress lures Carmen to Antarctica, where she reveals herself to be Ivy in disguise. Just as Acme detectives close in on her, Carmen manages to escape using Ivy's CO2 boots, which Zack created, and rockets away.
