Boss Hogg is running for re-election as county administrator, facing an unexpected challenger—T.C. Rogers, a determined young woman in her twenties. T.C. is driven by a desire to avenge her father, who lost to Boss in a fraudulent election fifteen years ago. Bo and Luke rally behind T.C., the principled candidate, to help her combat Boss's underhanded tactics as they work to dethrone the corrupt Hogg.
