Bo and Luke stumble across Henry Flatt, a con artist thought to be dead, who once cheated Boss out of $20,000. Upon discovering Boss' intentions to construct a public road and housing project, the cousins feel compelled to protect the cemetery. Their mission is twofold: to honor the war veterans buried there and to ensure that Flatt's hidden secrets remain undisclosed.
