Bo and Luke receive an invitation to race again, this time for the daughter of racketeer J.J. Carver. Initially, they decline the offer, having promised themselves to steer clear of racing. However, their stance changes when a Federal Agent approaches them with a proposal to go undercover. The agent believes that by participating in the race, they can gather crucial evidence to help bring Carver to justice and ensure he faces a lengthy prison sentence.
