Two thieves transport a high-tech robot they’ve stolen for ransom through Hazzard County. Seeing an opportunity, Boss Hogg decides to purchase the robot from them, resulting in him firing Rosco. He then appoints the robot as the new sheriff, naming it Robot P. Coltrane.
