Episode Overview
Doug and Tony find themselves a decade ahead of their time aboard the Mars Excursion Module during its launch. Their unexpected extra weight of 335 pounds threatens the mission's success, leading others to view them as potential spies, except for one individual, Harlow. They have to make an emergency landing on the moon for fuel, but the ship crashes. In a shocking turn, Beard kills Harlow—revealed to be a spy. Meanwhile, a decade earlier at Project TicToc, Beard and fellow spy Brandon are involved in sabotage. After eliminating Brandon to protect his identity, Beard's deception remains intact. In the future, Doug and Tony manage to destroy the future version of Beard, but the MEM departs without them. As their oxygen depletes on the moon, the Tunnel rescues them and sends them off.
