Episode Overview
In April 1805, Doug and Tony find themselves on the treacherous Spanish Main, where they are seized by the notorious Captain Beal and his crew. There, they meet Armando, a young boy who claims to be the nephew of the King of Spain. While Tony manages to break free, he encounters British forces who refuse to assist Doug and Armando. Beal attempts to eliminate Doug but is suddenly pulled back to Project Tick-Tock. He takes Anne prisoner but soon returns to the Tunnel and his original timeline. Project staff then use the Tunnel to rescue Doug and Armando after Beal is slain by his own men. Unfortunately, they become caught in a fierce bombardment and sustain serious injuries. Kirk's soon-to-retire friend, Berkhart, selflessly volunteers to return, fully aware he may never come back, and successfully saves Doug and Armando before they are whisked away.
