Episode Overview
On December 6, 1941, Tony and Doug arrive at the Japanese Consulate in Honolulu, where they witness three men destroying documents. They manage to talk their way out, prompting Tony to search for his father, who has gone missing amidst the chaos. Initially doubtful, Cmdr. Newman is swayed by Tony's insider knowledge. However, Japanese agents catch wind of their awareness, capturing them for interrogation. Despite the pressure, they hold firm and escape. Meanwhile, Cmdr. Newman investigates Tony's alert at Naval HQ, realizing that if young Tony, who was at Pearl Harbor, isn't saved, their timeline could collapse. Tony convinces Mrs. Neal, the housekeeper, to escape to the mountains with her child, while he seeks his father. Their journey to Naval HQ is interrupted by an airstrike that claims Cmdr. Newman’s life. An unexploded bomb lands, but the Project team uses the Tunnel to buy
