Episode Overview

Phil Spencer teams up with Gemma and Jac as they search for a new home in north Wales. Having moved in together just before the first lockdown, they now require more room for themselves, their dogs, and a workspace. Meanwhile, Kirstie Allsopp assists retirees Anne and Tom, who are relocating from Scotland to Anne’s hometown south of Manchester. They aren't downsizing; instead, they're looking for a spacious place to accommodate visits from their children and grandchildren.
