S01E64 Learning about firefighters
Episode Overview
In episode number 0064, Mister Rogers arrives and begins a conversation about firefighters. Using Picture Picture, he illustrates the various tasks firemen perform before rushing to assist those in need. Mr. McFeely joins Mr. Rogers in donning a firefighter's uniform, and together they engage in a playful rescue of a doll. Meanwhile, in Make-Believe, Handyman Negri and Daniel help Corny work through his feelings of sadness and anger, offering him encouragement. Handyman Negri starts rebuilding Corny's factory, while Lady Elaine worries about being blamed for the fire. They discover that she, despite being mischievous, never intends to harm anyone, and together they find crucial factory parts, culminating in the song "Sometimes People are Good."
