Episode Overview
In his last visit to the sand table, Rogers reflects while a video showcases Jessica Ricciardelli enjoying the sand at the beach. Following this, Rogers visits Tony Chiroldes' toy-and-book store for the second and final time. Meanwhile, King Friday announces an upcoming art festival in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. However, Lady Elaine remains unimpressed and takes it upon herself to become the official art judge for the event.
