Chef Brockett takes a turn with the ocarina and chooses to portray a potato bug in the upcoming opera. Meanwhile, John Reardon and Lady Aberlin continue their preparations but still need a king and a pilot. King Friday decides he won't participate, while François Clemmons is suggested for the king's role, and Miss Ito is chosen as the pilot.
