Episode Overview
Avery tricks Noel into thinking she and Ben had an affair. When Noel lands the job in Seattle, he asks Felicity to join him as his assistant for the summer. The two of them pull a ridiculous prank in the library, much to Richard's annoyance. Meanwhile, Avery is hospitalized after an overdose, with her roommate suggesting that Ben is at fault for ignoring her calls. Despite this, Avery continues to lean on Ben. Tensions rise when Ben confronts Noel about his behavior, and Felicity overhears Noel accusing Ben of infidelity. Ben insists nothing happened, claiming Avery kissed him but it meant nothing. He urges Avery to reach out to her friends and seek help, stating he can’t support her anymore. As Noel prepares to leave, he tells Felicity how much he will miss her and shares a kiss. Meanwhile, Meghan initially backs Sean’s plan for a bar mitzvah until she meets a charming female rabbi, leading her to rethink their relationship.
