After consistently being outmatched by Bo-bobo, Czar Baldy-Bald decides to re-activate Wiggin Block, home to some of the most formidable and eccentric fighters. To confront this challenge, Bo-bobo and his crew face a chaotic barrage of ice cream-obsessed assassins, bizarre dolphin performances, odd extraterrestrial visitors, tea rituals, and shape-shifting birds. To complicate matters, a familiar jiggly friend makes a comeback, along with a brand new lucky hanky!
