Episode Overview

Red Green kicks off the episode by announcing a "massive chicken on the run, standing four feet tall and extremely dangerous." In reality, it’s an emu, seemingly created with computer effects. Dalton has come up with a wacky plan to profit from the emu market and ropes Red into his scheme, promising profits in just three months. However, the emus prove to be quite unfriendly. When Dalton suggests acquiring more, Red grumbles, "Only someone married would crave that kind of trouble, Dalton." Dalton insists it's a golden opportunity, but as one emu starts pecking at the window, Red jests, "Sounds like opportunity is knocking, Dalton." Ultimately, they decide to offload the emus, and Red hatches a brilliant plan to give them to the quirky Ranger Gord!
