A massive 44-tonne Arctic truck blocking the central reservation of the M1 creates a major rush hour dilemma for Incident Manager Steve and his partner Pat. Meanwhile, Recovery Operator Steve steps in to assist a malfunctioning dustcart stranded on a crowded London street. In another part of the city, Recovery Operator Jim faces a soaking as he bravely attempts to save a stranded tractor, putting himself in harm's way.
