Pierce and Moretti spring into action as a serial killer from 1986 resurfaces, leaving a trail of new victims. Their investigation takes a turn when they discover that one of the presumed dead victims is still alive. Moretti's father, who played a key role in the original case, provides his daughter with valuable insights. Pamela Reed guest stars as the mother of the survivor, while Armin Shimerman portrays the psychologist assisting the victim through this traumatic ordeal.
