Episode Overview

Mike and Terry make their way to Cheshire to reclaim a vehicle from a woman who is behind on her loan payments, revealing a more compassionate side of Mike. Next, they travel to Liverpool to retrieve another vehicle from an owner who hasn't been making repayments, but they encounter his son, who is surprisingly helpful. Meanwhile, Paul and Steve go to an eviction in East London just before Christmas, only to discover that a friend is watching the house for the missing debtor. Later, they head to Essex in search of tenants from a countryside estate who owe over £10,000 to their landlord, only to find that they have vanished.
