Sharon erroneously believes that Nina underwent a nose job over March break, and her light-hearted chatter spirals into a scandal that jeopardizes a key public relations chance for Nina. However, when it becomes clear that the nose job was merely a misunderstanding by Sharon, Nina cleverly turns the resulting media frenzy to her benefit. Meanwhile, Maria struggles to inform Connor that his bad breath could hinder his growing relationship with Alyson, but she can't bring herself to share the awkward truth.
