Episode Overview
Luke and Clint take their business to the trendy Garden City, a flourishing part of Boise filled with coffee shops, breweries, and an abundance of man buns. They seize the chance to purchase a farmhouse by the Boise River, aiming to infuse it with a Southwestern flair. The duo adds custom wrought-iron railings reflecting the existing second-floor arches, hires a local artist for unique ceramic wall art, and constructs a bespoke bookcase for an upstairs reading nook adorned with cacti and a cattle skull. Complementing these distinct touches are a mountain-themed accent wall and a horse-trough tub in the master suite, creating a quirky collection that might be tough to sell. Complicated issues, such as decaying floor joists on the upper level, demand more time and money than anticipated, leaving them contemplating whether they’ll be selling the farmhouse at all—or their entire investment instead.
