The girls devise an impressive cake to commemorate the occasion, but a mishap threatens their plans. Superfan Hilary makes an 80-mile trek from Bristol to order a dream cake for her 21st birthday, arriving with a mood board and color palette that excites Gareth. Cardiff’s demand for macarons, cupcakes, and confections is soaring, yet the team struggles with limited space. The boys believe they’ve found the perfect location for expansion, but it’s a significant decision. Meanwhile, Joe visits to find a cake for his mom, whom Gareth and Ryan agree deserves a special tribute.
