Lance Corporal Georgie Lane, a skilled army medic, embarks on a humanitarian mission to Kenya with Captain James and 2 Section, eager to return home soon to marry her fiancé, Doctor Jamie Cole. Upon arriving at a refugee camp close to the Somali border, Georgie immediately begins her duties. However, chaos ensues when an IED detonates, injuring numerous refugees. When aid worker Kicki goes missing after being abducted, Georgie's relentless drive to rescue her puts her own life at risk.
