Episode Overview

In a stroke of luck, Steve Austin becomes an eyewitness to the attempted murder of Lawrence Sandusky, a prosecutor set to bring charges against a notorious racketeer. Although he fails to apprehend the shooter, Steve does manage to catch a glimpse of the assailant's face. The OSI steps in to provide security for Sandusky ahead of a crucial 9:00 a.m. court appearance. Steve identifies a man named John Hopper as the potential hitman, but Hopper presents a solid alibi. Undeterred, Steve follows the released suspect as time runs out before the hearing.
