At the school science fair, Tony finds himself approached by representatives from an organization called Advanced Idea Mechanics. In his eagerness to assist them, he unwittingly crafts a new adversary known as the Controller. With his friends falling under the Controller's influence, Iron Man is called into action to rescue them and restore order.
