At the lot, Yolanda steps in to assist a young man struggling with numerous obstacles in his quest to reclaim his car. Meanwhile, the booting duo, Garfield and Sherry, encounter what seems like a miracle while on duty. Additionally, the pint-sized Carmen confronts a group of irate construction workers during her ticketing "patrol."
